- SUB CONTRACTOR (GMC – Air Motion Contracting-AMC)
DUTIES
- Developing BIM models from 2D drawings for firefighting, plumbing & Hvac.
- Updating BIM models according to discrepancies and RFI’s resolutions.
- Performing model coordination with other trades
- Run clash detection, produce, issue tracking logs and follow up to ensure resolution of conflicts.
- Extracting coordination and shop drawings from the BIM models.
- Revit as necessary by coordinating with outside consultants
- Documenting and raising BIM discrepancies
- Reviewing clashes detected in BIM models Developing MEP Fabrication for plumbing
