ROLE

•  SUB CONTRACTOR (GMC – Air Motion Contracting-AMC)

DUTIES

• Developing BIM models from 2D drawings for firefighting, plumbing & Hvac.
• Updating BIM models according to discrepancies and RFI’s resolutions.
• Performing model coordination with other trades
• Run clash detection, produce, issue tracking logs and follow up to ensure resolution of conflicts.
• Extracting coordination and shop drawings from the BIM models.
• Revit as necessary by coordinating with outside consultants
• Documenting and raising BIM discrepancies
• Reviewing clashes detected in BIM models Developing MEP Fabrication for plumbing
